The Living Work Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”), which provides the training, coaching and facilitation work of Shari Elle, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). It applies to sharielle.com and register.sharielle.com.

1. What We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Registration and payment details: training registrations, invoices and payment information (we do not store full card details ourselves; see Section 3)
  • Information shared in sessions: notes from coaching, training and facilitation sessions, kept only to support your work with us
  • Website usage data: general analytics from visiting our websites (for example, pages viewed)

We do not sell your information. We only send you marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

3. Who We Share It With

We use trusted third-party services to run our business. Each has its own privacy and security obligations:

  • GoHighLevel (through PractitionerPro): our website, forms, booking calendars, client records and email platform
  • Our payment provider: used to process card payments securely. We don’t see or store your full card details.

We don’t share your information with anyone else unless you have given us permission to do so, or we are required to by law.

4. Overseas Clients and Storage

We work with leaders and families across Australia and internationally. Some of our service providers may store information on servers outside Australia. Wherever your information is held, we take reasonable steps to make sure it is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. By using our services, you consent to your information being handled on this basis.

5. Confidentiality

What you share with us in coaching, training and facilitation is treated as confidential. We only disclose it with your consent, or where we are required to by law or need to prevent serious harm.

6. Data Security

We take all reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including relying on the security measures of our service providers (encryption in transit, restricted access and regular backups).

7. How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or de-identify it.
