1. About Our Services

Shari Elle is a CNVC Certified Trainer who provides leadership training, coaching and family business facilitation through The Living Work.

• Our work is skill-building and facilitation. It is not therapy, counselling, mediation, or legal, financial or medical advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional.
• We work alongside your lawyers, accountants and other advisers; we do not replace them.
• Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on these websites and in our programs, including text, graphics, logos, workbooks, course materials and downloadable resources, is owned by The Living Work Pty Ltd and protected by copyright.

You are welcome to use this content for your own personal reference. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, record or resell any material (including materials provided to you as a participant) without our written permission.

3. Training Registrations (Leading with Connection)

• Training runs in person over two days. Dates, times and venues are shown on the registration page and may occasionally change; if we change a date, we will offer you a transfer or a full refund.
• Transfers: you can transfer to another date at no cost, up to 14 days before the training.
• Refunds: full refund up to 30 days before the training; within 30 days, a refund less a small administration fee; no refund within 7 days of the training. You can always transfer instead.
• Paying through work: we can invoice your organisation directly. Payment is due before the training starts unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Coaching, Facilitation and Conversations

• Coaching programs and family business and estate facilitation are arranged individually. Any specific fees, schedules and cancellation terms will be confirmed with you in writing before work begins.
• Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule a session, so we can offer the time to someone else.

5. Your Consumer Guarantees

Under the Australian Consumer Law, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that services will be provided with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose we have agreed to. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes these rights.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information you share with us, through these websites, registrations or sessions, is collected, stored and used in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and our full Privacy Policy. What you share in sessions is treated as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, The Living Work Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of these websites or our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Third-Party Links

These websites may link to third-party sites (for example, research articles or booking and payment tools). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.

9. International Clients

We are based in Queensland and work with clients across Australia and internationally. Our services are provided under Australian law regardless of where you are located. It is your responsibility to check that our services meet any local requirements that apply to you.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
